Terms of Service
These terms describe the use of Briki'n Roll, course publishing, and video sharing provided by Route24 Inc.
1. Using the app
The license terms applicable through the App Store govern the app you obtain there. These terms supplement those terms for features we provide, including course publishing and sharing; they do not replace the app license or restrict rights granted by applicable law.
If you are a minor, review these terms with a parent or guardian as appropriate. Follow the age and parental-consent requirements applicable to purchases and external services.
2. Free play and purchases
The app is free to play, with an optional one-time purchase that unlocks certain gadgets and features. Check the purchase screen and App Store for the contents and price before buying. Apple's systems and applicable terms govern payments, purchase restoration, and refund requests.
3. Everyone's Courses
Published courses, course titles, author names, and character customization at publication are visible to other players. Do not enter your or anyone else's identifying information, such as a real name, email address, or school.
Only publish content you own or have permission to share. Publishing does not transfer ownership of your creative work to us. You do, however, permit us to store, distribute, and display the published course through this feature, and permit other players to download, play, remix, and republish it and publish videos of their gameplay. This permission is limited to what is needed for this feature and its gameplay videos.
4. Unacceptable content and conduct
- Objectionable content, including harassment, discriminatory content, threats, abuse, or obscene material.
- Infringement of copyright, privacy, or other people's rights.
- Impersonation of others or an official representative, unauthorized access, or interference with the service.
- Unlawful use or unauthorized modification or reverse engineering of the app for redistribution, except as permitted by applicable law.
Use the in-app report button for concerning posts; you can also block authors. We review reports and may remove inappropriate posts or restrict publishing features in proportion to a violation. Contact us below to request removal of your own post or ask about an action. Removal cannot recall every copy already saved by another player or video posted on an external service.
5. Publishing videos and images
We welcome publication and monetization of gameplay videos, commentary, guides, clips, and screenshots without prior application to us. See our Video & Streaming policy. Obtain the rights or permissions needed for music, images, or other material you add.
Posting to X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, or other services is subject to their terms, age requirements, and visibility settings. Check your content and destination before posting. Sharing may be unavailable because of service specifications or availability.
6. Data and privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle usage information, courses, recordings, and other data. Shared recordings and images are sent to the people or services you choose. Manage your published posts on the destination service as well.
7. Changes, interruptions, and responsibility
We may change features or temporarily suspend them for maintenance, fixes, or safety. Where possible, we will announce significant changes or discontinuation in the app or on our website. Connectivity, devices, and external services can affect availability.
Our responsibility is governed by applicable law. These terms do not exclude statutory consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Changes to these terms and contact
When we change these terms, we will announce the changes and effective date on this page or through other appropriate channels, and seek consent where legally required.
